What has changed:
A Lakeshore Flood Warning has been issued for Lucas and Ottawa Counties from 1 PM today to 4 AM Saturday, while a Lakeshore Flood Watch remains in effect for Erie County in Ohio.
What to expect:
Heavy rainfall of 1-1.5 inches today may result in minor flooding on some area rivers along with localized flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas.
Strong easterly winds on Lake Erie may result in lakeshore flooding in Lucas, Ottawa, and Erie Counties in Ohio including the Lake Erie Islands.
A wintry mix of snow and sleet is expected in Lucas County Ohio.
Breezy winds are expected with gusts of 35-45 mph on land and 45-50 mph on Lake Erie.
